A Telecom Marketing or Easement Agreement is a legal contract between a community association and an Internet Service Provider (ISP), granting the ISP access to install and operate cable and internet infrastructure. These agreements often include compensation to the HOA or community association in exchange for exclusive marketing rights or easement access—creating a revenue opportunity while improving telecom services for residents

A Service Level Agreement (SLA) in a telecommunications contract is a formal, documented agreement between an ISP and a customer that defines the level of service the customer can expect. The SLA outlines specific performance metrics, ISP responsibilities, and service quality standards. It is meant to ensure that the customer receives a consistent, reliable, and high-quality service, while the provider is held accountable for meeting those expectations.

Fiber to the Home (FTTH) is a high-speed internet technology that delivers data directly to each residence using fiber-optic cables. Unlike older copper-based systems like DSL or cable, FTTH provides faster, more reliable internet with minimal signal loss—even over long distances. As demand for streaming, smart home tech, and cloud-based services grows, FTTH is becoming the gold standard for future-ready community connectivity.
